There is just something about ruby red and green! I had collected a few carved pairs of different gemstone cabochons awhile back, and knew eventually I would pair these beautiful carved ruby cabochons with a green gemstone...these 7x5 oval chrome diopside cabochons seemed the perfect fit :) These really light up in the sun, such a gorgeous pairing :)
The settings are made of oxidized sterling silver with 18k gold accents found on the connecting ring and the decorative ball on the bottom of the ruby settings. The earwires are made of 14k gold-fill.
Approximate length from the top of the earwire to bottom of the setting: 42mm
Approximate weight per earring: 3.2 grams
