Shipping Information

Please read all of this section:

We currently accept online orders to shipping addresses located within Canada, the United States, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand, and do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared prior to shipping.

Shipping rates:

• Orders under $350 CAD: flat rate of $15 CAD
• Orders of $350 CAD or more: free shipping

USA: We ship all orders to the United States DPP (duties prepaid via CUSMA certification). If you reside in the USA, please include your phone number and email upon checkout in the "Special Order Instructions" shop note section so we can complete the CUSMA certificate for your shipment.

Australia, Singapore, New Zealand: These orders ship under preferential treatment through the CPTPP trade agreement. As with USA orders, please include your phone number and email in the "Special Order Instructions" section at checkout so customs officials have the information they require.

We ship all packages via Stallion Express/USPS/International Post. If you require quicker shipping, please contact us for rates.

Patina Lueur Jewellery is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes your country may charge, with the exception of the United States, as all US orders are shipped DPP/duties prepaid. We will not be charging duties or tariffs for any other international orders, so please check with the proper customs authorities of what the import charges and policies of your country are.
