Shipping Information

We currently accept online orders to shipping addresses located within Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan and New Zealand, and do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared prior to shipping.

Shipping rates:

Canada: Flat-rate tracked shipping CAD $13.

Australia, Singapore, Japan and New Zealand: Tracked shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore is available for a flat rate of CAD $20. Patina Lueur Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays or for import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges.

Exchange & Layaway Policy

We want you to love your purchase :) Please read the description/dimensions of the item you wish to order to be certain that it is exactly what you are looking for. If you would like to see more images of a particular item please contact us.

Items are accepted for exchange or credit only (no refunds), if we are contacted and informed first within 3 days of receiving the item and if shipped back to us in unused/saleable condition in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Please mail your items to our studio at 32 Chetwynd Lane, Lion's Head, Ontario, Canada N0H 1W0. Patina Lueur Jewellery is not responsible for items lost during return shipping to us, so please be sure to track and insure your items.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance to send your item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you, and we will only ship out items that are tracked and insured for the full value.
