Australian Opal Earrings, Aquamarine Earrings, Sterling Silver 18K Gold

These asymmetrical earrings feature a dreamy combination of Australian opal doublets and glowing aquamarine (the birthstone for March). The opals have beautiful rolling fire of all colors as the light hits from different angles.

The settings are made of oxidized sterling silver which contrasts nicely against the 18K gold accents found in the connecting rings and the decorative ball at the bottom of the lower settings. The bezels have been carved to match the undulating profile of the opals and a decorative pattern adds to the "framing' effect of the bezel on the gemstones. The earwires are made of 14k goldfill, but if you would prefer a pair of solid 21 gauge 14k earwires please do send me a note and I can put up a listing ($95.00 Canadian).
